Subject

We have developed new coilovers for our 2 & 2+2 Golf Cars.

Based on feedback from our customers stating that they wanted a more soft and comfortable ride on their Golf Cars, we have developed a new set of coilovers. The new range of coilovers delivers a smoother and more comfortable ride compared to the old type of coilovers.

The new type of coilovers have been used in the production line from March 1st 2020.

Correction

If a car with the old type of coilovers has a failed shock absorber, for safety reasons, both coilovers on the axle must be replaced with the new type of coilovers as the old part numbers are NLA

If one or both old type front coilovers with Garia part number G2121100200 fails, then replace both front axle coilovers with the new front coilovers with Garia part number: G2121340300.

If one or both old type rear coilovers with Garia part number G2121200201 fails, then replace both rear axle coilovers with the new rear coilovers with Garia part number: G2121440200.

IDENTIFICATION

It's easy to determine the type of coilovers installed on the car by the the color of the rubber bump stop. The old type of coilovers come with black bump stops and the new type comes with white bump stops.
