Service Bulletin 7: 30A fuse upgrade kit

Garia has discovered an amp draw concern with fuse 14.  Replacing mini fuse 14 (30amp) located in the fuse box under the bonnet with an external Midi style fuse will correct this concern.  

Affected Models: All Models From 2015 until August 2019.

Garia has identified that some motors could be equipped with a newer style motor temperature sensor that could give the controller a false temperature reading.

Garia A/S has discovered a usage pattern where the customer is not allowing the Relion lithium battery to be fully charged and calibrated. This usage pattern can lead to incorrect Battery Discharge Indication (BDI) displayed on the instrument cluster resulting in an imbalance between BDI and actual voltage.

Service bulletin 5: 32v fuse replacement

Garia A/S has discovered a risk with the fuses F15 and F17 these fuses are only rated to 32V and not 58V. 
This could result in higher than normal temperatures in the fuse box.

Policy bulletin 11: Replacing the bolts for rear seat base

Garia A/S has as a part of it continues quality control discovered that the bolt holding the 2+2 seat base is to long so under maximum load the bolts might hit the brake pipe on the rear axle.

Affected Models: 2+2 only produced before november 2016.

Garia A/S has discovered that the air scoop handle can break off during driving in hard wind and have a tendency to squeak during driving.

Garia A/S has discovered a defect with the dashboard material that has a tendency to crack due to some unexplainable weather conditions. Therefore it's necessary to change the cover on the dashboard.

 Garia A/S has discovered that some cars are leaking oil from the ventilated oil plug on the transmission housing.

It can be solved by replacing the oil plug to a different type.

Garia A/S has discovered that the bracket on the rear axle can break off during high speed driving on rough terrain. A reinforcement-kit of u-bolts has been made to prevent this from happening.

Garia A/S has discovered that the wiper motor tends to stop working or make noise when activated. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a cover so water penetration is minimum.

Garia A/S has discovered that the air scoop tends to make noise during driving on rough terrain. Therefore, it is necessary to apply two rubber bump stops to reduce the noise.

Garia A/S has discovered that the paint on the battery bracket breaks off due to aggressive influence from battery acid as a result of poor or none maintenance of the batteries.

Garia A/S has discovered that the pedal rubber stripes on the pedals show signs of unusual wear and tear on cars used on golf courses permitting the use of steel spikes on golf shoes.

Service Bulletin 2: Controller bolts

Subject: Garia A/S has discovered a defect, which can limit the vehicle's driving ability.  The defect relates to the connections on the controller. Because the screws are too long there is a risk that the wires might get loose over time, resulting in poor connection.
