In collaboration with our Spanish dealer, CLEM, the renowned department store, El Corte Ingles, will be displaying a Garia Monaco at their highly profiled store at the exclusive yacht marina by Puerto Banus in Marbella, Costa del Sol in Spain.

This particular branch of El Corte Ingles is the most profitable of all branches. El Corte Ingles is the biggest department store group in Europe and ranks fourth worldwide.

cutting-edge car design at top marques macau

The Garia Mansory Edition will be showcased at the Top Marques Macau 2011, the first ever Asian version of the show which for the past eight years has taken place in Monaco.

The Top Marques Macau has a test track where visitors can test drive the cars. Garia will also have cars available for test drives.

The Top Marques Macau takes place from November 24-27 2011 at The Venetian Macau.

A great prize for a great shot
In collaboration with our Austrian dealer, Prochaska Handels GmbH., a Garia Golf Car will be the Hole-in-One prize at the Austrian Golf Open, September 22-25. The prize is rewarded for a hole-in-one shot at the 15th hole and will be donated to the Lyoness Child & Family Foundation. 

The 15th hole is located on an island green, where the Garia will also be on display. The tournament takes place at the prestigious Diamond Country Club in Atzenbrugg, Austria, and is part of the European Tour - one of the most important golf tournaments in the world with a prize total of € 126.881.089.

Garia takes in the streets of manhattan

American news magazine, TIME, has taken the Garia for a ride through the bustling streets of Manhattan: "New York City traffic can be dicy [...] but after taking the Garia through its paces, I was pretty impressed with the overall performance". TIME Magazine was created in 1923 and currently has a circulation of approx. 3.4 millions.

"A cool one of its kind"

Editor-in-chief of Bilmagasinet, the largest and most popular car magazine in Denmark, has taken the newly launched street legal Garia Monaco for a drive in the center of Copenhagen. And he is impressed with the car's performance: "Compared to the rather simple golf vehicles that I have tried so far, this one drives really well. The handling, in particular, is incredibly good" . WORLD FAMOUS RACE CHAMPION DRIVES GARIA

On a special request from eight time winner of 'the 24 Hours of Le Mans' race, Tom Kristensen, Garia has created a custom-made car resembling the look of his Audi R18 race car which will be showcased during this year's Le Mans race.

This special Garia will be used as personal transportation vehicle for Tom Kristensen inside the Le Mans area.

Also, the Garia will be used for track inspection, visiting fan camps and for regular pit duties, all of which emphasizes the multi-functionality of the Garia. The Garia at Le Mans is based on the street legal Garia Monaco and is wearing the unique racing livery of the Le Mans race car.

Mr. Kristensen is part of the Audi Sport Team Joest, the most successful Le Mans team ever with eleven wins since 1984. Joest Racing has won Le Mans more often than any other team.

Created in 1923, the '24 Hours of Le Mans' race is the worlds oldest and most famous endurance race.

This year, it takes place from June 11-12.

The 2011 Ecco Tour employs a total of seven Nordic League tournaments as well as a final one, which is part of the European Challenge tour.

Aside from a total tour breakdown of no less than 440.000 euros and Nordic League ranking points, players can qualify for the Tour Final.

Top 20 within the Top 30 on the final Order of Merit as well as all winners of the regular tournaments will get an invite for the Tour Final.

The ECCO Tour is mainly for Professionals and Non-Amateurs.

The Ecco Tour has run annually since 2006. Since 2010, locations have included courses outside of Denmark.

THE GARIA AT POPULAR MONACO SPORTS EVENT

Driving in two of the recently launched Garia Monacos, the champions were presented and weighed in front of the Casino and the Cafe de Paris on the evening before the event.

The competitions included Juniors, Seniors and Classes A, B and C. Winners of Class A may be chosen for the world championships in Macedonia in October.

This was the first time ever that the French K1 championship took place in Monaco, from April 30 to May 1st.

Design quality has asserted itself clearly in the judging process, with genuine and new creative solutions also being rewarded. Both of these criteria are not just yardsticks for good design, but also for the potential for success on the market. The new vehicle will be launched in April 2011

Garia has now officially received type approval for a new vehicle, a street legal version of The Garia for the European market.

The new vehicle is called The Garia Monaco and will have its market debut at the Top Marques Supercar Show in Monaco, April 14-17 2011.

In August 2010, The Garia LSV - a street legal Garia for the U.S. market only - was launched.

With the new type approval, The Garia Monaco can be registered for road use in the EU.  The approval is a quadricycle type approval. For questions regarding registration in countries outside the EU, please send an email to sales@garia.com
